We started Principal Housing with a clear mission and vision. One that was held deeply for almost 20 years before being actualised. Over the past seven years, that mission has not wavered. But we have grown, evolved, and scaled in ways that are a true reflection of the work.

The work is deeper. The reach is wider. The impact is real. And a website built for where we were simply cannot hold everything we have become.

Principal Housing is a supported accommodation provider for young care leavers aged 16 and 18 plus. We create safe, stable homes and provide the foundations for young people to be seen, heard, nurtured, and to truly thrive.
